Vacationer Program

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic students to join our 2026 Summer Vacationer Program in our Audit and Assurance team

The Moore Australia (VIC/TAS) Vacationer Program offers you practical insights and corporate work experience in our Audit & Assurance Division. It is a chance to have hands-on experience in a professional services environment.

Commencing in January 2026, the program will provide an opportunity to experience work life across the Audit team over the course of six weeks. The program is based in our Melbourne CBD office.

The Program

Our six-week program gives you the opportunity to assist with client work, participate in training sessions, and shadow team members across all levels.

The program will provide:

• A first look into the professional services environment
• 1:1 buddy support
• Mentoring and development from our Audit Training & Development Manager
• Attending workplace meetings and debriefing from that experience
• Partnering with Audit Graduates to understand their experience
• Opportunities to support workflows and meet with clients
• A chance to start building your professional services network
• Involvement in our regular firm social events
• The potential to be reviewed for our Graduate program

About you

• In your final year of study, in an accounting degree, or commerce/business-related degree with an accounting major.
• An interest in Audit & Assurance
• A collaborative team player with a willingness to participate
• Motivated to learn and grow for your own personal and professional development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Please note, to be considered for the Vacationer Program, all applicants must be available to attend an in-person assessment centre at our Melbourne CBD office on 9 October 2025.
