Job description:

Are you ready to take charge of a high-performing workshop team in a global leader in construction and utility equipment? Komatsu's Fairfield branch is on the lookout for a Workshop Service Supervisor who thrives on leadership, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee all workshop service operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Lead a team of 30 skilled professionals, managing workflow, job allocation, and timely invoicing.
  • Drive continuous improvement and maintain high-quality service standards.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in parts and service operations, ideally within heavy equipment or construction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to coach, guide, and inspire your team.
  • Solid organisational and computer literacy skills.
