Licensed Conveyancer - Part Time/ Contract Position
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Conveyancer to join our busy office in Rosehill, Sydney. This position is available on a contract or part - time basis.
Key Requirements:
- Must have a valid conveyancing license and exprience for a minimum of 4 years.
- Proficient in handling transactions from start to completion.
- Strong understanding of the complete conveyancing process including Pexa, Tri Convey software, and Contract preparation, for all residential & strata transactions.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
