Roller Operator and Labourer

· $42 per hour + Penalties

· Located in Murwillumbah and Surrounds

About Our Client:

Our client is seeking a skilled Roller Operator and Labourer to join their civil construction team based in the Murwillumbah area.

What You Will Be Doing:

· Operate smooth drum, padfoot, and multi-tyre rollers for compaction on roads, subdivisions, and infrastructure works

· Perform general civil labouring tasks including trench digging, pipe laying, site clean-up, formwork assistance, and material handling

· Follow site plans, levels, and instructions from supervisors and site managers

· Conduct pre-start checks and report maintenance or safety issues promptly

· Work effectively as part of a team to meet project deadlines and quality standards

· Maintain strong safety practices and comply with all company WHS policies

What You Will Need:

· Current driver's licence

· White Card

· Previous experience as a roller operator

· Roller ticket
