Are you a qualified fitness professional or remedial masseuse? Or are you currently an Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy student? Do you have a passion for fitness, health and wellness? Do you want to help people move better and feel better?

StretchLab, the world leader in assisted stretch services, has recently opened brand new studios at Bruce and Phillip. Both studios have an established team of fully trained Flexologists, but we are now seeking more suitable candidates to meet strong growth in client numbers. This is an incredible opportunity to enhance your skills in a unique and transformative fitness modality that's rapidly expanding in Australia and internationally.

Our proprietary Flexologist training course ensures that you are fully equipped to deliver professional stretch sessions to clients.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver one-on-one assisted stretching sessions that make our clients feel absolutely amazing and enhance their flexibility and mobility
  • Motivate clients towards their flexibility goal, creating a positive vibe throughout their experience
  • Keep clients safe with proper stretching techniques and by following our guidelines
  • Help out with any client questions or concerns with a friendly touch
  • Work as part of the incredible StretchLab team, contributing to a positive culture that makes sure everyone feels right at home in our new, purpose-built studios
  • Share your ideas—your voice matters here
  • Keep our space clean and inviting, ready to impress every client on arrival

What We're Looking For:

  • A love for boutique fitness and a passion for mobility and flexibility
  • Certificate qualifications in fitness and/or current studies in Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or similar areas
  • A passion for connecting with people and helping them reach their goals
  • Great communication skills and a genuine sense of empathy
  • A knack for creating a welcoming, friendly atmosphere
  • Reliability and professionalism—we're a team, after all
  • Hands-on client experience in a fitness or similar setting (personal training, physical therapy, pilates, yoga, sports science etc) is preferred but not essential
  • Willingness to undertake our professional training program, including online tutorials, a two day hands-on training session and in-studio practice (provided free of charge to suitable candidates)
