is seeking an experienced
Business Analyst / Project Coordinator
to support a range of high-profile
Artificial Intelligence (AI) transformation initiatives
for our clients.

This role sits within our Consulting team, responsible for delivering innovative digital solutions that enhance client operations and outcomes. You will work closely with client's the AI Lead and a small, dedicated team, collaborating across architecture, legal, and information management groups to deliver strategic AI outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Lead analysis and project coordination for AI initiatives (approx. 70% analysis / 30% coordination).

  • Develop and deliver key project artefacts, including:

  • AI Strategy & Roadmap

  • Data & Infrastructure readiness assessments
  • Business process flows, requirements, and user stories
  • Data and security classifications

  • Requirement traceability matrices and status reports

  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, producing agendas, materials, and actionable outputs.

  • Ensure alignment with in-flight AI initiatives and client priorities.
  • Provide regular project reporting to steering committees and governance forums.
  • Support knowledge transfer and handover processes to ensure long-term success.

About you

  • Strong background in business analysis and project coordination within complex organisations.
  • Experience working on digital transformation or AI/advanced data projects.
  • Ability to translate technical and business requirements into actionable deliverables.
  • Skilled in developing business process flows, requirements documentation, and user stories.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies (PRINCE2 Agile preferred).

Prior experience in consulting in the government/health sector highly weighted.
