Personal Carer Traineeship | Blue Care | Sunrise Beach Aged Care Facility

• Employment Status: Permanent Part time positions offering a minimum of 30 hours per fortnight

• Location: Sunrise Beach Aged Care Facility

• Remuneration: $32.08 p/hr + Super + Not for Profit Tax Benefits (Increases your take home pay) + Allowances + Employee Discounts

• The Program: Complete a Certificate 3 in Individual Support with us, while you earn an income We'll connect you with government funding so you complete the certificate at no cost (valued at approx. $3,650)

About the Role:

Once a fully qualified Personal Carer you'll provide care to your clients living in our residential home, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life through activities that include:

• Daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, help at mealtimes and general mobility

• Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan

• Supporting with community based recreational and social activities

While completing your certificate you will undertake these same duties, with the guidance of a qualified Personal Carer.

Role requirements:

• Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc

• Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies

• NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain

• Full right to work in Australia
