Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Caretaker to join our team at Menindee Caravan Park. As a Caretaker, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our park, while also providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Park Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as landscaping, gardening, and general upkeep to ensure the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the caravan park.
- Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of amenities including bathrooms, laundry facilities, and recreational areas to uphold high standards of hygiene and comfort for guests.
- Customer Service: Welcome guests upon arrival, provide assistance with inquiries, and ensure their needs are met throughout their stay, fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Security: Monitor the premises, ensuring the safety and security of guests and their belongings, and promptly address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Administrative Duties: Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently, maintain accurate records, and assist with administrative tasks as required.
- Emergency Response: Be prepared to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations, following established protocols to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar Caretaker or Caravan Park Environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve effectively.
- Knowledge of basic maintenance tasks and willingness to learn new skills as required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
