General Handyman with electrical experience

We're looking for a reliable and skilled all-rounder to join our team as an In-House Handyman with Electrical Experience. This role is essential to the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities, equipment, and workspaces. You'll be responsible for a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across our business premises, ensuring everything runs safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and repairs across our facilities (e.g., carpentry, painting, plastering, minor plumbing).
• Carry out basic electrical work and troubleshoot minor electrical issues.
• Assist with equipment setup, relocation, and workspace modifications.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems and infrastructure.
• Respond to internal maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain tools, supplies, and work areas in good condition.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and internal policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in general maintenance or handyman roles.
• Electrical experience and relevant qualifications (e.g., Electrical Trade Assistant or Licensed Electrician preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license.
