About the Role

Now & Zen Landscapes is seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Tradesman to join our team in the Blue Mountains. This full-time role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, values quality craftsmanship, and is passionate about creating beautiful, sustainable outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out all aspects of hard and soft landscaping
• Safely operating and maintaining landscaping machinery, equipment and tools
• Interpreting and executing landscape design plans in collaboration with management
• Communicating professionally with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Maintaining a high standard of safety, quality, and teamwork on-site
• Participating in ongoing training and upskilling initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Relevant trade qualifications or equivalent hands-on landscaping experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible and adaptable attitude in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
