Spray Painter

About the Role:

Wallenius Wilhelmsen is seeking a skilled Spray Painter to join our friendly and professional team in Kewdale, working on brand-new heavy vehicles and equipment to bring them to an automotive standard and finish. You'll also occasionally work on crane refurbishments, adding variety to your day-to-day tasks.

• Paint DG blends, chase painting, scratch repairs, and small bog repairs

• Mix and apply 2K paint finishes to trucks, vans, tractors, and cranes

• Carry out paint repairs to the highest standard based on written and verbal instructions

• Conduct thorough inspections on customer equipment following work instructions

• Maintain minimal rework and meet quoted KPI timeframes

• Complete all required paperwork accurately and take accountability for work quality

• Keep work areas clean and tidy to reflect the WWL brand image

• Promote and adhere to the company's OH&S systems, procedures, and policies

• Train and induct new employees, sharing knowledge and ideas to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

• Respond to reasonable requests within your scope of training or knowledge

• Ensure all work meets or exceeds customer expectations
