About the role

Yourway design (Aus) pty ltd' is seeking a full-time CNC Machine Operator to join our team in Revesby, NSW. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in the production of high-quality kitchen cabinets and furniture.

What you'll be doing

  1. Operate CNC machines to cut, shape, and fabricate wood, laminate, and other materials into components for kitchen cabinets and furniture
  2. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to set up and program CNC machines
  3. Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance
  4. Ensure high standards of workmanship and attention to detail in all aspects of the production process
  5. Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
  6. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator, preferably in the kitchen manufacturing or furniture industry
  2. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
  3. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  4. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
  5. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  6. Familiarity with wood and laminate processing techniques
  7. Relevant trade qualifications or certifications in carpentry or cabinetmaking
