is an innovative startup in the slow fashion industry. We are a marketplace connecting customers with slow fashion designers who create bespoke couture garments. We are seeking an Business Analyst Intern to join and help with the launch of the platform.

Job Description:

As a Business Analyst Intern, you will help administrate the product development pipeline. You will work closely with the development team, Founder and key stakeholders, to ensure that new features or updates are prioritised and developed according to user, company and market goals and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:


• Facilitate regular planning meetings with the development team to review progress and prioritise tasks for the next sprint, roadmap, release cycle.


• Help to identify and prioritise remaining issues or bugs in the product before launch.


• Assist in facilitating daily stand-up meetings to help identify problems with the product and work with the team to fix them.


• Assist the team to identify and troubleshoot issues and bugs in the platform, and to implement effective user solutions


• Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and deploy new features and functionality for the marketplace platform.


• Break down high-level features or requirements into smaller, actionable tasks that can be completed during the next release cycle.


• Gather and analyse feedback from users and stakeholders to identify potential new features or improvements for imminent releases;


• Maintain a product roadmap or backlog that outlines the planned and prioritised features or updates for upcoming release cycles.


• Help manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress or changes in the development pipeline to the wider team or external stakeholders.

Requirements:


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Good communication and interpersonal skills


• Knowledge of Agile methodology and tools


• Familiarity with project management software


• Interest in slow fashion and/or e-commerce; environment or ethics.

Qualifications:


• Pursuing a degree or recent graduate: ICT IT Business or a related field


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Performs well in a team-oriented environment, ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Good written and verbal communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills


• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask


• Passionate about ai and digital product development.


• Understanding of Agile methodologies


• An ethical, environmental or slow fashion consciousness a plus
