Our practice is growing, and we are seeking bright, bubbly team members who love to learn, enjoy working within a friendly and professional team, and provide an excellent customer journey through strong product knowledge and communication skills.

This role is based 3–4 days in Echuca with 1–2 days in Kyabram (based on the rotational Saturday). We are seeking a Full-Time team member, but Part Time will be considered for the right applicant.

In this role you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our patients
  • Assist patients to find the right eyewear based on their needs, fashion, and lifestyle
  • Provide frame styling and lens advice to our customers and enjoy a diverse role with direct customer contact
  • Work alongside Optometrists, providing support and facilitating a seamless patient experience
  • Actively participate in the day-to-day operations of the practice
  • Benefit from in-house and external training to ensure success in this role
  • Work a rotating Saturday roster (8:30am – 12 noon)
  • Enjoy no late nights

Our practice offers the latest in technology as well as boutique eyewear to ensure we can style our patients with the right frame and lens solutions to suit their lifestyle.


About You

  • Exceptional customer service, communication, and people skills
  • Retail and sales experience
  • Enthusiasm, energy, and drive to deliver the best possible outcome for our patients
  • Ability to work well within a team or independently
  • Flexibility
  • Must be able to travel between the two practice locations
  • Optical industry experience is welcome but not necessary, as all training will be provided to the successful applicant
  • Career progression opportunity: Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing will be offered to successful candidates
