About the Role:

We're seeking a full-time Hairdresser or Barber to provide high-quality grooming services in a welcoming, modern salon environment. You'll work with a loyal client base, using your skills to deliver both classic and contemporary styles while ensuring a top-tier experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hair cutting, styling, colouring, and grooming services for men and women
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and professional workspace
• Keep up to date with current hair trends and techniques
• Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming and positive atmosphere

Requirements:

• Certificate III in Hairdressing or Barbering (or equivalent qualification)
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, reliable, and passionate about the industry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
