Part-time (potential to full time over 6 months) | $28–$35 per hour + km allowance

Perth Staged to Sell is seeking a creative, organised, and detail-oriented Property Stylist & Selections Assistant to join our friendly team on a part-time basis.

This dual role combines hands-on property styling and also with assisting our Furniture Coordinator and Client Liaison on selections, scheduling, and walk-throughs.

You'll work closely with our Client Liaisons & Furniture Coordinator to help prepare and coordinate upcoming stages, and keep our warehouse and inventory running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Style and arrange furnishings and décor to create inviting, aesthetically cohesive spaces.
• Select & pack accessories, linen, lamps & artwork for stages.
• Support the Furniture Coordinator with selections, sourcing, scheduling, and logistics.
• Conduct or assist with client walk-throughs, taking photos, measurements, and concise notes.
• Use our inventory software (Staging Assistant) to plan and update stock before and after each stage.
• Help ensure pack lists, truck runs, and warehouse organisation are accurate and efficient.
• Maintain an awareness of current design and interior trends.
• Packing away and general organisation in the warehouse.
• Collaborate with the business owner, Furniture coordinator to continually refine styling processes and efficiencies.

Requirements

• At least 1 year previous experience in property styling/ staging.
• A keen eye for detail, colour, and spatial balance.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's licence and own vehicle (km allowance provided) - use when Van is not available.
• Comfortable using technology - experience with Mac and/or Staging Assistant software desirable.
• Physically able to assist with furniture placement or light staging tasks when required.
