Your New Role:
As a Care Companion you will provide care and support that enhances our resident's wellbeing, enabling them to live with dignity and empowerment.
With a higher staff-to-resident ratio and smaller household living, our Better Together model delivers truly personalized care in a warm, home-like setting.

- Providing a range of support and personal care services to our residents
- Building and maintain strong relationships within the team, with our customers and family members
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe
- Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive
About You

Does this sound like you?
- Relevant qualifications eg: Certificate III in Individual Support/Disability or have completed your first placement as a Nursing student
- Willing to obtain an NDIS Clearance Check if successful
- Fully vaccinated for Influenza and COVID 19 (2 Doses)
