About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista and Waitress Allrounder to join our vibrant team at the Gisborne Bakery and Cafe'. This is a casual role, based in Gisborne VIC 3437, where you will play a key part in providing a dining experience for our customers.
What you'll be doing

Preparing high-quality coffee beverages and other hot drinks to our customers'

Providing friendly and efficient table service, taking orders and delivering food and drinks

Handling cash and card payments accurately and providing customer service
What we're looking for

Previous experience as a barista and/or waitress, ideally in a cafe or hospitality setting

Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including some weekends and public holidays
