About the Role:

Highway Hyundai is a high-performing new and used vehicle dealership. We're seeking a General Sales Manager to lead the continued success of the dealership team. As GSM, you will:

  • Lead a motivated and high-performing new and used vehicle sales team.
  • Assist with double closing deals with Team members.
  • Develop and implement strategic follow-up plans for leads for your Team.
  • Drive the sales of new and used vehicles to achieve targets.
  • Cultivate a Team approach to sales to maximise volume.
  • Assist the General Manager in fulfilling brand requirements and managing manufacturer reporting.
