Job Description:
We are seeking a Director – Corporate Systems (ANZ) to lead our regional team and drive the delivery of critical enterprise technology solutions. This role requires a leader who is technically strong in Salesforce and understands the functional and business side of systems.
As the local leader, you will represent the Corporate Systems team in the ANZ region, build strong relationships with business stakeholders, and ensure technology solutions align with strategic objectives. What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead the ANZ Corporate Systems team responsible for development, testing, and deployment of technology solutions within scope.
- Provide functional and technical leadership for Salesforce and peripheral applications (e.g., Billing, Marketing) including solution design and implementation.
- Drive people leadership initiatives including mentoring, coaching, performance management, and talent development to build a high-performing team.
- Manage financial responsibilities including budgeting, vendor spend, and adherence to financial targets.
- Assess current operating models and develop plans for process improvements and automation while maintaining strong support levels.
- Track and report on key metrics to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Participate in major corporate decisions where Corporate Systems influences competitive advantage and profitability.
- Ensure documentation hygiene for key policies and procedures related to systems.
- Cultivate strong relationships with business stakeholders and adjacent teams to meet or exceed delivery and service expectations.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee delivery commitments.
- Support effort estimation for new projects and initiatives.
- Ensure internal control compliance across finance systems/applications, including access and change management, to support audits.
- Communicate regularly with executive and senior leadership on delivery progress, project status, and risk mitigation.
- Oversee sprint planning and delivery in alignment with Agile principles.
- Maintain a positive, supportive, and motivating work environment to improve and sustain employee engagement.
- Provide operational support for existing application systems, including issue resolution, performance monitoring, and user support.
Job Qualifications:
What You Will Be Doing:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce technology and related implementations.
- 5+ years of proven people leadership experience, including team building and talent development.
- 5+ years of financial management experience, including budgeting and vendor spend oversight.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and resolve conflicts.
- Demonstrated experience with Scrum Agile methodologies and disciplined delivery practices.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with business stakeholders and adjacent teams at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience with processes, controls, and business principles, including compliance and audit readiness.
