Allenview is a large-scale commercial turf grower servicing South East Queensland and beyond. We're fast, reliable and relationship-driven — built on quality, care, growth and connection.

You'll manage end-to-end irrigation across multiple properties: planning water, running daily schedules, leading the irrigation crew, and maintaining/optimising infrastructure (pump stations, mains/valves, pivots/booms/travellers, and telemetry). You'll partner closely with Operations and Harvest to hit growth windows, product specs and volume targets.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain pumps, bores, mains, valves, pivots/booms and telemetry/controls.
• Implement preventative maintenance and rapid breakdown response; maintain spares and contractor relationships.
• Coordinate with Operations for harvest windows, renovation, mowing and traffic to protect irrigation assets.
• Maintain clear SOPs, JSA/SWMS, incident reporting and toolbox talks.

What you'll bring

• Proven experience managing irrigation at broadacre horticulture, turf or intensive ag scale.
