A&A Construction delivers architect-designed new builds and luxury renovations across Sydney's Lower North Shore and Northern Beaches. We run tight, professional sites and take pride in craftsmanship, safety, and client care.

Where you'll work (important)

Our projects are concentrated around Mosman, Balmoral, Church Point, Neutral Bay, North Sydney and nearby suburbs. You must be able to reliably commute to these areas daily and move between sites/suppliers as needed.

The role

Own day-to-day site operations from groundworks to finishes, driving program, quality, safety and subcontractor performance on premium residential projects.

What you'll do

  • Lead daily site operations: scheduling, trade coordination, pre-starts/toolbox talks, SWMS & WHS compliance.
  • Drive program and sequencing; forecast materials; manage deliveries & site logistics
  • Set quality benchmarks, manage inspections/ITPs, and close out defects to a showroom finish.
  • Read/interpret drawings, raise RFIs, collaborate with PMs, architects and clients.
  • Maintain site compliance, inductions, permits and incident reporting.
  • Keep accurate records: site diaries, progress photos, variations, short-interval plans.

What you bring

  • Minimum 5 years' residential experience, including 2+ years as a Site Foreman/Leading Hand, with end-to-end delivery of high-detail builds. (luxury/architectural projects preferred).
  • Trade qualified (Carpentry Cert III or similar) + White Card.
  • Strong knowledge of NSW WHS, SWMS, ITPs, QA systems and NCC/residential codes.
  • Proven ability to drive program, lift quality, and mentor a tight-knit crew.
  • Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle for daily travel across the listed suburbs.
  • Comfortable with construction apps (Procore/Buildxact/PlanGrid or similar).
