We're seeking an
experienced Electrical Engineer
to join a progressive and design-driven building services team in Perth. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of diverse projects across commercial, education, mixed-use, and health developments while working alongside a close-knit group of engineers passionate about quality design and technical excellence.

The Role

You'll be responsible for the design, documentation, and delivery of electrical systems across all project stages, collaborating closely with architects, builders, and other disciplines to create innovative and energy-efficient solutions.

This position suits someone who enjoys both design and client engagement - a technically capable engineer ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end electrical design and documentation for building services projects
  • Lighting, power distribution, communications, and security system design
  • Coordination with mechanical, hydraulic, and structural teams
  • Client liaison and attendance at design and site meetings
  • Ensuring compliance with Australian Standards, NCC, and local authority requirements
  • Supporting junior engineers and contributing to design reviews and QA processes

About You

You're a motivated engineer who values precision, collaboration, and modern design thinking. You'll bring:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
  • 4+ years' experience in electrical building services design
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (advantageous)
  • Sound understanding of relevant standards and codes
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Desire to work on a variety of projects with supportive senior mentors
