We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Pre-Delivery Assistant to join our dynamic team at Melville Hyundai

You will deliver a personalised service coordinating the movement of new and used vehicles to and from the dealership. Your role will involve scheduling deliveries, monitor the arrival of vehicles, ensuring the vehicle yard is organised and to coordinate and liaise with external suppliers.

The Role:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the pre-delivery process. Welcome them warmly, answer questions, and provide information about the delivery process.
  • Coordinate and perform thorough pre-delivery inspections of vehicles, ensuring they meet our quality standards and are ready for delivery.
  • Schedule and coordinate vehicle deliveries, ensuring they align with customer preferences and availability.
  • Address any concerns or issues that may arise during the pre-delivery process promptly and professionally.

YOU:

  • Outstanding communication skills and a passion for consistently delivering a positive and memorable customer experience
  • Highly organised multi-tasker with excellent organisational and time management skills
  • A natural ability to build strong working relationships with customers and internal staff
  • Self-motivated, and goal-oriented go getter who is always positive, enthusiastic and result focused
  • Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
  • Current manual drivers' licence is highly preferable
