About the Role
- Deliver a responsive program aligned with the My Time, Our Place Framework and our service philosophy
- Create engaging and inspiring learning environments
- Plan, document, and implement a program that reflects each child's learning and growth
- Maintain a safe, aesthetic, and engaging environment in line with the National Quality Standards
About You
- Hold an approved School Age Care Certificate III or a 1-year qualification (or be working towards one, as recognised by ACECQA)
- Hold a current Blue Card, with up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training
- Sound understanding of the My Time, Our Place Framework and National Quality Standards
- Committed to ongoing learning and professional development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage tasks effectively
