An established professional services firm in Perth is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join its External Audit team. This opportunity is offering genuine long term career progression and structured professional development.
The role involves managing a varied external audit portfolio across listed entities, not for profit organisations and public sector clients. You will lead engagements end to end, work closely with senior stakeholders and support the development of junior team members.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and deliver external audit engagements from planning to completion
- Review audit files and prepare high quality reports for senior stakeholders
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor
- Mentor and develop audit staff
About you
- Minimum 4 years' experience in external audit
- Experience managing audits and reporting to senior stakeholders
- CA qualified or equivalent
- Strong technical knowledge of Australian Accounting and Auditing Standards or international equivalents
- Full working rights - essential
- Team oriented with a strong client service focus
