About the Role

This is a busy, varied position where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating phones and managing patient enquiries
  • Supporting outpatient clinics and bookings
  • Assisting with inpatient requests when required
  • Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
  • Providing outstanding front-line service as the first point of contact for patients and external referrers

Skills & Experience

  • Strong computer skills; experience with databases or practice software is an advantage
  • Previous medical, dental or nursing admin experience preferred—but not essential
  • Candidates from alternative admin backgrounds are welcome, provided you can demonstrate the right skills, attitude and commitment to learning
  • High level of organisation, communication and attention to detail
