A dynamic and fast-growing residential developer with a clear vision — to deliver 200–300 new homes annually across Perth.

We're seeking an experienced Project Sales & Contract Administrator who brings together skills and talent in project sales administration, contract control, and property portfolio growth.

What you'll be doing

Manage and maintain client databases and sales records

Prepare sales proposals, contracts and other client-facing documentation

Schedule and coordinate client meetings and sales presentations

Provide administrative support for the sales team

Assist with the preparation of sales reports and analysis

Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery

Contribute to the development and implementation of sales processes and procedures

What we're looking for

1.2+ years' experience in project sales coordination, real estate administration

2.Understanding of off-the-plan and residential development processes

3.Ability to prepare, review, and manage sales and lease documentation4.Strong organisational, administrative, and multitasking skills

5.Excellent communication and client relationship management

6.WA Sales Registration preferred (or willingness to obtain)
