Your new role…

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Graduate to join our 2026 Graduate Program. This program is dynamic and involves various rotations across the Operations, Investment Strategy and Advice functions. As a Graduate you will gain hands on experience in wealth management and be provided with a holistic understanding of our core business functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, willingness to learn and a high level of integrity.

Koda's Graduate Program will…

Provide you with the opportunity to support Advisers through client-focused administrative tasks such as onboarding and managing account documentation, gain exposure to Operations by maintaining compliance records and learning about HR frameworks, and contribute to our Investment Services Group by assisting with investment research and the preparation of investment strategies.

You will bring…

  • A relevant bachelor's degree
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management
  • A high level of self-initiative and a positive can-do attitude
  • Prior internship/work experience in a related role (not essential)
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
