Are you a law student in either your penultimate year or towards the end of your degree? We have a casual Law Clerk position in our nationally-recognised Planning and Environment team. The team has a great portfolio of local government and commercial clients and mix of litigation and advisory work, giving the team the opportunity to be involved in interesting and challenging projects that create a lasting impact in the region. We undertake a variety of interesting and challenging work and pride ourselves on being trusted advisors to our clients.

We work collaboratively to facilitate learning and development across our team taking our individual skills, expertise, and experience into consideration, but we don't forget to have fun along the way. At our Gold Coast office, we enjoy a vibrant social club calendar, and a friendly culture and environment.

Successful applicants will have strong communication skills and an ability to work within a high performing and fast-paced environment to meet deadlines whilst assisting others in the team.

Based in Varsity Lakes we have a fully open plan office to encourage collaboration at all levels and across teams. We offer hybrid working to encourage balance and wellbeing; up to 20 weeks paid parental leave for the primary carer within the first 24 months following birth or adoption and the ability to take public holidays at a time that aligns with your values and beliefs.
