We are seeking an energetic, highly skilled and experienced Educational Leader to join our passionate team at our amazing service, Grow Early Education Frankston

About your new role:

  • Implement the educational program and experiences to meet the individual needs of our children.
  • Work at all times in compliance with Government regulations and centre policies and procedures to meet our high-quality standards.
  • Network with relevant stakeholders in the local community.
  • Building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.
  • You will have the ability to contribute to the documentation of the children's skills and interests, and include a clear cycle of reflective practice.

A little about you

  • A Diploma or higher qualification in Children's Services as approved by ACECQA.
  • Current WWCC, approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.
  • Experience in an early childhood setting.
  • A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF.
  • Strong leadership skills and an ability to confidently guide and mentor your peers.
  • The ability to implement stimulating programs, and develop a curriculum based on the children's interests and the EYLF.
  • The ability to observe and record children's learning and contribute to their educational portfolios.
