An upmarket furniture retailer is recruiting sale staff for both our Castle Hill Store and Paddington store.

Essential requirements.

Experience and expertise in high end furniture or other luxurious goods sales, including understanding customers' needs, providing solutions, explaining the features/benefits to the customers, liaising with the logistical department, etc.

Enthusiasm in making sales and ability to achieve the monthly targets of both personal and the store's.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

High closure rate in remote sales, including via phone or email, etc.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft office skills, social media skills (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Wechat, Youtube, etc.).

Understand the trend.

Understand Gen Y/Millennials.

Energetic and physically fit.

Full time, part time or casual employment available.

Available to work on weekends and Thursday evenings.

Available to work in both Castle Hill and Paddington.

Preferred requirements.

Tertiary education in design.

B to B, freelancer options available.

Remunerations.

Much higher than industry average pay package. No ceiling applies.
