This is an amazing opportunity to consistently exceed the expectations of guests while expressing your cooking creativity with the support of an experienced and passionate owner.
The role demands:
Reliable, your working week is Wednesday to Saturday
Positive, can do attitude, a small team means everyone rolls up their sleeves to get the job done.
Attention to detail
Be on top of food trends and create menu items that keep regular diners coming back
The successful applicant will have the following skills and attributes:
Strong background in a la carte
Impeccable technical knowledge with experience in all cooking techniques and styles
Can handle the pressure in a fast paced kitchen
A true passion for food
Team player
Butchering skills or the desire to learn how to break down an animal
Good written and oral communication skills
