About the RoleOur New Homes Consultants are the driving force behind our success, guiding customers through the initial and exciting stages of their home-building journey. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and passion for the building industry to help customers take the first steps towards creating their dream homes.
Based primarily in our Echuca office, you will be responsible for building our local network, creating relationships with developers and real estate agents to secure house and land packages. With construction on our brand-new Echuca display home starting late this year, regular weekend availability is a core requirement of this role. You must be available for weekend client meetings leading up to the launch and for staffing the display home once it opens. Please note that some travel to our Shepparton office will also be required.
What We Offer- Full-time position with a competitive remuneration package + great commission (earn $150K+ OTE).

- New Home Industry Experience (Preferred): Prior experience as a New Homes Consultant or in a similar role within the new home building industry is an advantage.
- Passionate & Enthusiastic: You have a genuine interest in the new home building industry and are eager to help families build their dream homes.
- Sales-Oriented: You enjoy interacting with people, building rapport, and guiding them through the sales process.
- Excellent Communicator: You have strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions with customers, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Organised & Detail-Oriented: You can manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritise effectively, and maintain accurate records.
- Proactive & Resourceful: You take initiative in seeking out new opportunities and building relationships with industry partners.
