The Opportunity

Make a splash this summer with a role that's all about fun, safety, and unforgettable guest experiences As an Aquatic Attendant, you'll be part of the team operating our thrilling aquatic amusement devices, helping guests have an unforgettable day while keeping safety and efficiency top of mind. You'll deliver world-class service with a smile and ensure every guest experience is as smooth as it is exciting

Key Responsibilities

• Operate aquatic amusement devices safely and efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on guest enjoyment
• Create amazing guest experiences through friendly, professional, and engaging interactions
• Ensure all guests meet ride safety and height requirements before participation
• Follow all park policies and safety procedures to keep guests and team members safe
• Report any maintenance issues or equipment faults promptly
• Confidently perform verbal instructions or attraction scripts to enhance the guest experience

What We're Looking For

• Must be 18 years of age or over (due to manufacturer requirements)
• A passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong focus on safety, teamwork, and attention to detail
• Confidence in following operational procedures and delivering clear, friendly communication
• Our parks are at their busiest when the fun is on, so you'll need to be available across weekends, school holidays, and public holidays
• Blue Card is essential* (Please be advised that the cost of a Blue Card is currently $104.70, however, VRTP will reimburse employees who successfully complete three months of service)
