Refrigeration Mechanic

What you'll be doing

• Conducting preventative maintenance (approx. 80%) and reactive repairs on refrigeration units
• Performing minor diagnostics and servicing trailers as required
• Using Gearbox to track maintenance schedules and asset history
• Supporting occasional trailer collections and return tasks
• Working collaboratively with the wider workshop team to meet maintenance targets
• Maintaining safety standards and workshop cleanliness at all times

What we're looking for

• Full ARCtick/RSC01 licence – automotive and full refrigerant handling
• Trade qualified Refrigeration Mechanic
• Proven experience in preventative and reactive maintenance of Thermo King branded systems
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and a strong communicator
• Current driver's licence and Australian working rights
