The Role
A great opportunity to step into a Laboratory Supervisor role based in Rockhampton. This position supports the Lab Manager as the 2IC, with responsibilities including: managing daily testing workflows, reporting results, allocating tasks to technicians, supporting training and development (lab and field), and assisting with equipment maintenance. You'll work closely with the Lab Manager to ensure quality standards and project deadlines are consistently met.

Things we are looking for…

  • Nuclear Density Gauge Licence (nice to have)
  • Extensive CMT experience in soil / concrete testing
  • Ability to work cohesively within a team driven environment
  • Supervisory Experience preferred
  • Australian / NZ Citizens or Permanent Residents
  • Long Term Temporary Work VISA's considered for experienced personnel (Overseas applicants not considered)
