Sous Chef Opportunity

Are you a skilled culinary leader ready to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen?

We are looking for a passionate Chef to lead our teams.

As our Sous Chef , You'll:

  • Lead and inspire the kitchen team
  • Support smooth operations in the Head Chef's absence
  • Keep standards high in quality, safety and presentation
  • Mentor junior staff and build a positive team culture
  • Oversee stock, ordering and daily kitchen organisation
  • Work hand in hand with Front of House for seamless service

What You'll Bring:

  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
  • Experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie in a quality venue
  • Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills
  • Creativity with a solid grasp of menu development
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
