Are you someone who thrives on multitasking, loves variety, and takes pride in delivering tasks perfectly without errors or mess? We're seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to work from a private high-rise penthouse apartment in the Sydney CBD.

This full-time role offers a base salary of $65,000 to $70,000 per year, 4 weeks of annual leave, and superannuation.

It's a dynamic position that encompasses personal assistance, administration, cooking, cleaning, and nanny duties. If you enjoy a fast-paced, varied work environment and have a knack for organisation and efficiency, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nannying (20%):
  • Supervise and care for a 4 year old toddler boy (approximately 3 hours, on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays).
  • Monday, Wednesday, Thursday for other tasks
  • Engage in age-appropriate activities as required.

  • Saturdays are also available 9 to 1pm if you prefer to have a Monday off. Sat paid at at additional $5 per hour

  • Cleaning (25%):

  • Maintain a spotless and organised living environment.

  • Ensure spaces are always neat, tidy, and presentable.

  • Cooking (25%):

  • Prepare healthy, balanced meals as per instructions.

  • Keep the kitchen clean and orderly after use.

  • Running Errands (10%):

  • Grocery shopping and other errands as needed.

  • Drive the owner's car for tasks when required.

  • Administrative Tasks (20%):

  • Draft emails, manage schedules, and post on social media platforms for the owner.
  • Handle other general administrative duties as needed.

About You:

  • You are detail-oriented and take pride in doing things perfectly.
  • You enjoy multitasking and thrive in a role where every day is different.
  • You have a keen eye for cleanliness and love keeping spaces tidy.
  • You're comfortable running errands, driving, and managing various tasks.
  • You have experience with toddlers and can switch seamlessly between nannying, cleaning, cooking, and admin work.
  • You remain calm under pressure and excel in a home-based environment.

Requirements:

  • Must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have full-time work rights in Australia. (visa holders accepted with a 12 month + visa)
  • Experience in roles such as Personal Assistant, Admin Assistant, Cook, Nanny, or similar.
  • A valid driver's license and confidence driving in Sydney.
  • Professional and organised with excellent time management skills.
  • Previous experience with toddlers is essential.
  • Ability to work from home in a private, high-rise penthouse.
