This role is open to local residents of Cloncurry - be home every night at the end of your shift.

This roster is 5/2 - 4/3 and a 9 hour shift.

About the role

At Ernest Henry, we're focused on building a safe, reliable, and sustainable future. The Systems Advisor plays a key role in making this happen. By keeping our training and compliance systems running smoothly, you'll help ensure every person on site has the right access, training, and records to work safely and effectively.

What you'll do:

• Keep our training and compliance systems accurate and up to date (INX InTuition, Moodle, Gallagher/Cardax, Controlled Document Management System).
• Manage onboarding bookings and site access controls so people are work-ready.
• Produce accurate training reports and insights for leaders each week and month.
• Maintain document control and compliance records to support audits and regulatory requirements.
• Support training package updates and deliver inductions through our eLearning systems.
• Play an active part in safety inspections, toolbox talks, and assurance activities.
• Lead by example in promoting our safety, compliance, and sustainability culture.

About You

You'll bring a Certificate IV TAE and strong experience in administration, systems, and compliance. You don't just keep things running — you spot opportunities to make them better.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience with training or compliance systems such as INX InTuition, Moodle, or Gallagher/Cardax.
• Is confident managing records, reporting, and site access controls.
• Pays attention to detail and delivers accurate results under pressure.
• Builds strong relationships across teams and communicates clearly.
• Shows initiative, solves problems, and works well both independently and in a team.
• Is committed to safety and always looking for ways to improve how we do things.
