The Role

We're seeking a curious, energetic Associate Consultant to support client transformations from discovery to prototype. You'll organise and run workshops, synthesise insights, and help shape AI-enabled solutions with our senior consultants and technology partners.

What you'll do

  • Plan, coordinate and facilitate client workshops (agendas, materials, logistics)
  • Capture & synthesise insights into clear artefacts (problem statements, user stories, journey/process maps, opportunity backlogs)
  • Analyse business models and pain points; support solution recommendations and business cases
  • Contribute to AI/digital prototypes and proofs-of-concept (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, Power Platform)
  • Produce tidy, shareable documentation (playbacks, reports, solution playbooks) and maintain project repositories
  • Work with clients, partners and community stakeholders through co-design activities

What you'll bring

  • 1–3 years in consulting, business analysis or a related role
  • Strong workshop organisation, note capture and synthesis skills
  • Exposure to human-centred design / design thinking and an interest in co-design
  • Awareness of AI, automation or digital platforms—and a drive to learn fast
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; adaptable, proactive, detail-oriented

Nice to have

  • Experience assisting workshop facilitation
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, Power Platform (or equivalents)
  • Agile delivery knowledge; collaboration tools such as Teams, Miro, Confluence, Jira
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, design or technology

  • Clear, timely workshop artefacts that guide solution design
  • Positive client feedback on collaboration, clarity and workshop organisation
  • Contributions to compelling business cases, prototypes and solution concepts
  • Demonstrated growth in consulting skills, especially AI-enabled solutioning
