This well known Government Agency is responsible for regulating financial services and consumer credit, and authorised financial markets operating in Australia. 

About the role

The roles will deliver professional service, expertise and consultancy services on Dynamics 365 platform that will enable to achieve project deliverables.

Duties

  • Resolving client and stakeholder related queries with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Present complex information to different target audiences both verbally and in writing
  • Data modelling and process design
  • Support team members to evaluate and propose technical alternatives for resolving business and technology issues.

Skills & experience

  • Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 functionalities with experience in performing high-level configuration and customisation.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 applications.
  • Demonstrate ability to analyse and understand business problems (past experience in the finance industry desirable).
  • Proven experience in data modelling and process design.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification and Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification are highly desirable.
  • Experience working in AGILE environments.
