Brookvale Workwear and Safety is an independently owned family run business with multiple store locations including our business located in Brookvale. We are a trusted supplier of all the well known workwear brands and have a reputation for delivering superior service to our customers. About the role

Due to recent growth, we are looking to fill a newly created position as Assistant Store Manager for our Brookvale Store. This role will work closely with our Store Manager on all store operations and sales management. As Assistant Store Manager, you will be a natural leader, with a keen eye for detail and an ability to multi task all whilst leading our team to ensure a focus on superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Brookvale store.
  • Prepare and follow up customer quotations and customer enquiries.
  • Responsible for maintaining inventory levels.
  • Merchandising.
  • Drive customer service excellence.
  • Organize in store promotions.

Skills and experience

  • Minimum 2 years retail experience.
  • Intermediate to strong computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer service experience and a passion for developing customer loyalty
  • Superior communication skills both written and verbal
  • Problem solving skills
  • Administration skills and ability to follow processes
  • Ability to work weekends
