About you:

  • Appropriate qualification (Certificate 3 in Aged Care/Individual Support)
  • Previous experience working in the Aged Care sector desirable
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong work ethic
  • High degree of reliability and personal accountability
  • Mature outlook with the ability to relate and converse with older people
