Select First Management are seeking a passionate casual team member eager to grow and thrive within our Property Management department. The successful candidate will be provided training and work along side our experienced property managers, developing key skills to grow your career.

About the role:

• Routine Inspections
• Preparation of lease documents
• Conducting open homes and inspections
• Processing applications
• Delivering marketing material

Requirements:

• Must have a Certificate of Registration
• High Level of personal and professional presentation
• Be reliable, honest, and trustworthy
• Comfortable with interacting with clients face-to-face and over the phone
• Strong organisational skills
• You need a Drivers License and a Car (travel allowance provided)
• Previous experience in Real Estate is NOT essential
• Must be available to work on Saturdays
