About the role

Are you a passionate, customer-focused barista who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Our local cafe in Queanbeyan is seeking an experienced barista to join our team. This is a casual role with the opportunity of becoming full-time or part-time for the right candidate.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers
  2. Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience
  3. Maintaining a clean and organised work area
  4. Helping with general café duties

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience as a barista Minimum of at least 6 months
  2. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
  3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently
  4. Knowledge of coffee-making techniques and a passion for creating great-tasting drinks
  5. Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
