Responsibilities

• Assisting the pharmacist to ensure smooth dispensary operations
• Processing and verify prescriptions promptly and accurately
• Selecting, labelling, and dispensing medications according to protocols
• Maintaining inventory and stock levels of medications and pharmacy supplies
• Delivering exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers
• Collaborating with pharmacists to ensure the highest standard of patient care
• Adhering to healthcare regulations and pharmacy policies

Requirements

• Certificate III in Community Pharmacy or equivalent (essential)
• 2+ years' experience as a Pharmacy Dispensary Technician
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in pharmacy management software and computer systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for pharmacy and delivering exceptional patient care
