The opportunity

We're seeking a Part-Time Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join our team. This role is perfect if you want regular hours in a supportive environment, with the ability to provide safe, resident-focused care while working closely with our Registered Nurses.

Day & Hours Available:

  • Monday 7:30am – 1:30pm & 2:30pm – 8:00pm
  • Tuesday 2:30pm – 8:00pm
  • Wednesday 2:30pm – 8:00pm
  • Thursday 7:30am – 1:30pm & 2:30pm – 8:00pm

What you'll do

  • Administer medications safely and accurately under established protocols.
  • Provide direct nursing care, including basic wound care under RN supervision.
  • Monitor and document resident health status and progress.
  • Support residents emotionally and physically, fostering a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Contribute to care planning and reviews in collaboration with the RN and wider care team.
  • Promote dignity, independence, and quality of life for each resident.

What you'll bring

  • Diploma of Nursing (or equivalent) and current NMBA registration.
  • At least 2 years' nursing experience (aged care experience highly regarded).
  • Compassion, patience, and confidence in supporting residents with dementia or challenging behaviours.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Intermediate computer literacy (we use Leecare and BestMed eMAR – training provided).
  • National Police Check & Working Rights
