About the role

You will have a passion for providing health nutritional meals and bring this to work everyday.  This will ensure our residents have a quality dining experience that recognises their choices.

Here's what a typical day involves:

  • Prepping food and drink.
  • Cleaning (including dishes) – you bring a sparkle to the place in more ways than one.
  • Changing up the menu. You'll work with our team and residents to create exciting meals that cater to every individual.
  • Keeping records as part of our Food Safety Program.
  • Being active and on your feet for most of your shift.

You'll be a real team player who has:

  • A real desire to make a difference in people's lives
  • Certificate qualifications in Food Handling an advantage
  • Previous experience in a similar position  (aged care is a bonus)
  • Great time management and planning skills
  • Completed the Basic Food Handling Course
