Kick-start your career in Early Childhood Education. We're offering two paid traineeships where you'll earn while you learn, with study hours built into your week and wrap-around support to help you succeed.
Applicants must be 16+ years of age to meet traineeship eligibility requirements.
We'll help you enrol (or support your existing enrolment) and provide on-the-job learning across our Baby, Toddler and Kinder rooms.

What you'll do
Build positive, respectful relationships with children and families
Set up engaging play and learning experiences aligned with the EYLF & VEYLDF
Support routines (meals, rest, hygiene) and maintain a safe, inclusive environment
Reflect with your mentor and apply learning from your coursework on the floor
What you'll bring
A genuine passion for working with children and learning on the job
Reliability, teamwork and a growth mindset
Ability to balance work and study commitments
Desirable: First Aid/CPR (we can support you to obtain), experience with children (paid or volunteer)
Eligibility: You must have the right to work in Australia and be willing to obtain a Working With Children Check (VIC) and National Police Check. Traineeship eligibility criteria may apply per RTO/state funding rules.
About the traineeship
As a Trainee Educator, you'll be employed while completing a CHC30121 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care with a registered training organisation (RTO). We'll help you enrol (or support your existing enrolment) and provide on-the-job learning across our Baby, Toddler and Kinder rooms.
